ORLANDO, Fla. – October 2025 – Ritzy Rags, Wigs & More, owned by entertainer Martin “Leigh Shannon” Fugate, is proud to celebrate 35 years in business with a month-long celebration that combines giving back, spooky fun, and milestone savings.
For the 12th consecutive year, Ritzy Rags will honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month by giving away wigs to women undergoing cancer treatment. This tradition, inspired by Fugate’s late mother who battled breast cancer, has become a source of comfort and confidence for women across Central Florida.
“Hair means so much to a woman. When my mother went through her cancer journey, the wigs available to her were outdated and didn’t make her feel beautiful. I never wanted another woman to feel that way, so every October, we give back,” said Fugate.
Ritzy Rags partners with Adreans Hair Goods, which donates 12–15 wigs and about 20 turbans annually. Patients who wish to apply can email RitzyRagsEmail@aol.com with a photo, their story, and why they cannot afford a wig. In addition, Ritzy Rags will offer 25% off medical-grade synthetic wigs throughout October for anyone seeking to restore their confidence during treatment.
